GEM Food Systems is redefining snack distribution with our Smart Dispensing IoT Platform. Our "Snack as a Service" zero waste model delivers sustainable workplace refreshments that eliminate packaging waste while enhancing employee experience.
This subscription service replaces individually wrapped items with a circular system using reusable containers and bulk dispensers. We install custom dispensers in break rooms, then deliver fresh snacks in reusable bulk containers that slot directly into these systems.
Employees use company-provided containers or bring their own to collect snacks. Empty bulk containers are collected during the next delivery, professionally sanitized, and reused in our closed-loop supply chain.

Benefits for Employers:
Measurable waste reduction metrics for ESG reporting
Superior quality and variety improving employee satisfaction
Cost savings through reduced waste management and bulk purchasing
Customizable selections based on preferences and dietary needs
Full-service management requiring minimal facilities involvement

Sustainability Features:
Complete elimination of single-use packaging
Local sourcing partnerships minimizing transportation emissions
Inventory systems preventing food waste
Digital dashboard tracking environmental impact and savings

This model transforms workplace snacking from a wasteful necessity into a visible demonstration of corporate environmental commitment while providing a valuable employee benefit.

Our mission at GEM is to create a world where convenient food solutions are aligned with environmental responsibility. Through innovation and collaboration, we empower organizations to make conscious decisions that enhance both their business success and the planet's well-being, fostering a healthier future for all.
