Mike Skinner

Mike Skinner is a highly experienced security professional with a career spanning over four decades in various roles related to physical protection and vulnerability analysis within the nuclear sector. Currently serving as a Senior Security Specialist at Pro2Serve since January 2022 and as Security Program Manager at GEM Technology International Corp. since October 2016, Mike has previously held significant positions including Senior Security Consultant at OLH Inc. and Senior Vulnerability Analyst at Nuclear Fuel Services. Notable achievements include leading physical protection efforts for the DOE/NNSA Material Protection, Control, and Accounting Program in support of Russia's nuclear oversight and conducting comprehensive vulnerability analyses for major federal nuclear facilities.
