Saim Koca is a seasoned naval architect and marine engineer with a diverse background in production and engineering roles. They began their career as a coating engineer at Atagem Denizcilik Tic. Ltd. Şti. from 2005 to 2006 and subsequently progressed to a project engineer at Istanbul Shipyard between 2006 and 2008. Saim held positions as production manager and then production chief at Gemak Group of Companies and Tuzla Gemi Endustrisi A.S. from 2013 to 2023, respectively. They have accumulated over seven years of experience as a senior steel engineer. Saim is currently pursuing further education at Çanakkale Lisesi.
