Prior roles include managing customer support for mobile services and the Internet of Things, as well as customer support for telecom and secure transactions across various regions, including Pakistan and Turkey. Deena has a strong background in coordinating cross-departmental order management and providing expertise in processes and tools to enhance team support and issue resolution.
