Ben Waller

Ben Waller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben'smost recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at Gemba Advantage starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon, where they served as a Senior Technical Program Manager (Research) and later as a Site Lead for Prime Air. Before their tenure at Amazon, Ben held the position of Program Manager (Contractor) at the UK Ministry of Defence from January 2014 to August 2019. Ben also worked as a Program and Policy Manager at the UK Home Office from October 2009 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as an Agile Project Manager (Contractor) at News Corp and as an Agile Test Manager at Razorfish. Ben began their career as a Technical Analyst at Access Accounting and later worked as a Software Engineer at Arcaysis.

Ben Waller attended the University of Southampton from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Computer Science.
