Manish Solanki

Manish Solanki is a Senior Consultant at Gemba Concepts since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies. Prior to this role, Manish served as a Senior Executive at Xpressbees from March 2022 to June 2023 and as a Lean Engineer at Lean Synergy from February 2021 to May 2022. Early career experience includes an Engineering Trainee position at Blue Star Limited, held from August 2019 to February 2021. Manish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, completed in 2019.
