Doris Chan

Doris Chan began their career in 2011 at Guangdong Orion Electric Power Co., Ltd. as a GM Secretary, eventually being promoted to Deputy Manager of the Planning Dept. During their tenure, they managed electrical transformer bidding projects in China and Africa, as well as technology and patent application projects certified by the government and Patent Bureau. Doris also fulfilled operations on e-commerce platforms to promote the company and facilitate trades. In 2018, Doris Chan moved to Koizumi Lighting Co., Ltd. where they worked as a Translator, translating internal and external documents, including company profiles, product instructions, design drawings, testing reports and e-mails. Doris also enhanced communication and better understanding between the Chinese company and the Singapore company, and did the oral translation in video meetings. In 2020, Doris Chan joined Gembah as an Operations Program Manager. In this role, they managed sourcing projects for various products in all categories, including existing products and newly-developed products. As the bridge between clients and suppliers, they made sure that the suppliers understood the clients' requirements and were able to meet their expectations. Doris also managed multiple sampling projects.

Doris Chan attended Guangdong University of Finance & Economics from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws in Law.
