Vaibhav Chaplot

Vaibhav Chaplot has a long and varied work experience. Vaibhav started their career in 2009 as a Mechanical Engineer at Patel Phoschem Limited, where they completed a project of Synthetic Gypsum. Vaibhav then moved to Binani Cement Ltd. in 2010 as a Mechanical Engineer in Cement (Ball) Mill section. In 2011, they joined Aditya Birla Group as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Compressor & Blower (Utility Section), Ball mill, Coal Reclaimer & Stacker, Coal Crusher & Packing Plant. In 2014, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Assistant Manager Utility, where they were responsible for Project Activity & Safety for expansion work, Operation & Maintenance of Utility Systems. In 2016, they joined LG Electronics as a Dy. Manager in Projects & Utility, where they were responsible for Projects & Utility Operation & Maintenance. In 2021, they joined BSH Home Appliances Group for a Master Thesis. Currently, they are working as a Compliance Program Manager at Gembah since 2022.

Vaibhav Chaplot has a diverse educational background. Vaibhav obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology in Solapur from 2005 to 2009. In 2015-2016, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from Deccan Education Societys Fergusson College in Pune. Vaibhav also completed a Master Diploma in Mechanical Design, Analysis and Management from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in 2008. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters of Science in Production & Operations Management at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Vaibhav also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute, The Institution of Engineers (India), iiiEM - International Institute of Import and Export Management, and Goethe-Institut e.V.
