Robbert Halffman

Robbert Halffman is the gemeentesecretaris - algemeen directeur at Gemeente Deurne, a position held since 2018 where they are responsible for the municipal organization. Previously, Halffman served as a financieel adviseur at gemeente Deurne from 1999 to 2003, and as afdelingshoofd Middelen at gemeente Beesel from 2003 to 2005. They have also worked as a credit analyst at Rabobank Maastricht e.o. and De Lage Landen International between 1994 and 1999. Halffman's education includes a Master’s Degree in bedrijfseconomie from Maastricht University, obtained in 1994, and a gymnasium degree from Bernardinuscollege earned in 1989.
