Jasper V. is an accomplished IT manager with extensive experience in advising on IT developments and managing software solutions within the public sector. Currently serving as IT manager for the Municipality of Eemsdelta since January 2021, Jasper V. focuses on the welfare domain, supporting key legislation such as the Social Support Act and youth care initiatives. Previously, Jasper V. held similar roles in the municipalities of Appingedam, Delfzijl, and Loppersum, overseeing information services and advising on digital transformation.
