Bert Winkel

Bert Winkel possesses extensive experience in traffic and mobility management, having worked in various roles within municipal and governmental organizations, including Gemeente Emmen and Rijkswaterstaat. Bert's career began with internships and transitioned to positions such as Projectleider civiel and Adviseur mobiliteit at Roelofs.
