Wouter Groothengel

Wouter Groothengel is a safety expert and advisor for occupational health at Gemeente Enschede, where they have held various roles since 2003, culminating in their current position as a higher safety expert. Wouter previously worked as a bookseller at Groothengel Boeken BV from 1992 to 2001. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Disaster Management with a focus on safety at Saxion Hogescholen, after completing their VWO at Jacobus College between 1978 and 1985. Wouter approaches their work with a vision rather than just executing assignments.
