Algy Strutt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the gemstone and mining sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at GemCloud Group since October 2021 and holding multiple senior managerial roles at Gemfields Group since January 2012, Algy Strutt has successfully managed early-stage project development across various continents, facilitated complex acquisitions, and overseen the logistics and administrative functions for large-scale mining projects, including the world’s largest ruby deposit in Mozambique. Algy Strutt's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cass Business School and a Foundation Degree in Gems & Gemmology from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
