Sureshkumar Decruze is a seasoned professional in the mining industry, currently serving as General Manager of Eastern Ruby Mining under Gemfields Group since May 2023. Sureshkumar's extensive experience includes previous roles as Chief Operating Officer at Highland African Mining Company and SK Khetan Group, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing mining operations and expansion projects. With a strong foundation in mine planning and operations, Sureshkumar has also held leadership positions at PAN African Resources Pvt. Ltd., GeoSand/Geomix, and Manicka Resources Ltd., contributing to significant productivity and operational optimizations.
