Iida Pyy

Iida Pyy is a Senior Strategist at Gemic, a global boutique management consulting firm, since February 2023, where responsibilities include designing and conducting multi-method research, developing strategies, and leading project teams focused on social impact and brand engagements. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategy Consultant and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Helsinki from August 2018 to February 2023, where Iida contributed to research, science communications, and project management, notably as a co-investigator in the interdisciplinary DEMOPOL project. Additional roles include Social Impact Advisor at AIDA impact, Bilingual Classroom Teacher, Assistant Lecturer, and various educational positions, as well as a freelance trainer for UNICEF Finland. Iida Pyy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education from the University of Helsinki and has advanced degrees in Intercultural Education from the University of Oulu.
