Michele Likely

Michele Likely is an experienced strategist currently serving as Strategy Lead and Senior Strategist at Gemic since May 2021, contributing to global strategy and innovation for progressive corporations. Prior to this role, Michele held significant positions at RBC, including Senior Manager of Payments Innovation Strategy, where responsibilities involved advancing the bank's digital payments strategy, and Manager of Innovation Strategy & Communications, focusing on strategic initiatives within the Innovation Labs. Michele also served as an Advisor to the Century Initiative, promoting inclusivity and prosperity in Canada.
