Matt Chen has worked in the tech industry since 2011. matt began their career as a Web Developer at Interfly Co., LTD, where they were part of a team of five web developers that managed to build the Cathay Health Management website. In 2012, they moved to ASUSTOR Inc. as a Web UI Developer. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Apple Daily Limited. After that, they were a Frontend Engineer at Gogoro from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are a Sr. Frontend Engineer at Gemini Data Inc.

Matt Chen graduated from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computing Science.
