Andrew Beatty

Andrew Beatty is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory counsel and research in the financial sector. Currently serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Gemini since July 2025, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Fellow at the Program on International Financial Systems from July 2024 to July 2025. Prior to that, Andrew was a Senior Research Fellow at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation from January 2023 to July 2025. Andrew's earlier career includes an Associate role at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2015 to January 2023. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame (2003-2007).
