Jorge Salinas

Jorge Salinas is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and application development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Trading Systems at Gemini since October 2024, Jorge previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Application Development at Mesirow from 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Software Engineering and Associate in the Software Engineering team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2017 to 2021, as well as several key engineering positions at CME Group from 2008 to 2017, culminating as Lead Software Engineer. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
