Marshall Beard

Marshall Beard is the Chief Operating Officer at Gemini, where they oversee a diverse range of global commercial and operational activities and manage several teams, including Strategy & Corporate Development, International, and Marketing. They previously served as Chief of Staff at Barstool Sports, concentrating on corporate strategy and operations, and held leadership positions on Gemini’s Corporate Development and Finance teams. Earlier in their career, Marshall worked as a management consultant on PricewaterhouseCoopers’ mergers and acquisitions team and began as an analyst at Prudential Financial. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Southern Maine and a Master of Business Administration at the Manning School of Business, UMass Lowell.
