Manuel Lang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the land lease and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Corporate Officer at GemLife since October 2025, Manuel previously held the position of General Manager Land Lease Communities at AVID Property Group from March 2021 to October 2025, overseeing the launch of the Vantage brand.
