Jill Johnston

Jill Johnston, PHR, CPSP, is a strategic Human Resources leader currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Gemline since 1998. In this role, Jill conducts staffing initiatives, provides HR leadership across various functions, and drives continuous improvement efforts within the organization. Previously, Jill managed Joyce's Bridal and Tux Shop from 1995 to 1998, where exceptional customer service led to a 20% sales increase in the first year. Jill’s early career included a pivotal role as a Human Resources Representative at DuPont Printing and Publishing, where they developed policies and maintained employee relations. Jill is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
