With over 20 years of experience, including 9 years spent studying and working in the USA, Ray has developed expertise in building agile and transparent supply chains and managing cross-cultural teams. Previously, they held several senior positions in supply chain and operations, including VP of Supply Chain at Vee International and Director of Supply Chain Management at PCH International. Ray's extensive background also includes a certificate in Advanced Leadership Training from INSEAD, reflecting their commitment to continuous improvement and strategic leadership.
