Barry Hall

Barry Hall serves as the CFO and General Manager at Gemlux Fishing since September 2017, contributing to the company's reputation as an award-winning manufacturer of high-quality fishing and boating hardware. Prior positions at CSX included Senior Director roles in Technology and Corporate Services Procurement, as well as Strategic Initiatives, where Barry developed sourcing strategies that saved $10M annually and negotiated significant public-private partnerships. Barry's earlier experience includes roles at Bank of America as a Process Design Engineer and Accenture as a Consultant, focusing on process improvements and financial analysis. Barry Hall holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida, as well as additional qualifications in Railway Management and leadership development from Harvard Business School.
