Larry Schwegel

Larry Schwegel, CPA, MT, currently serves as the Tax Director at GEMRT - Garcia, Espinosa, Miyares, Rodriguez, Trueba & Co. LLP since April 2023. Prior to this role, Larry held significant positions at Citrin Cooperman as Tax Partner and Director, and at D&H Global Tax Group as Senior Tax Manager. Larry's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Manager - Tax at Marcum LLP and BDO Seidman USA, LLP, and Tax Manager at PwC. Larry began professional career as Tax Senior to Tax Manager at Miller, Glusman, Footer & Magarick, PC, following earlier experience as Tax Staff to Tax Senior at Zelenkofske Axelrod & Co, Ltd. Academically, Larry holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stockton University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Studies - Accounting from Cumberland County College.
