Hugo Sanchez

Hugo Sanchez is an experienced operations and training professional currently serving as the Operations and Training Manager at Gen Mobile since March 2022. Prior to this role, Hugo held the position of Sr. Manager of Customer Care and Corporate Training at TruConnect from September 2016 to February 2022. Hugo's career also includes significant experience at Green Dot Corporation as a Customer Advocacy Manager from July 2008 to March 2016, as well as a foundational role as an English Teacher at William Jefferson Middle School from January 2005 to June 2007.
