Loretta Cecil

Loretta Cecil brings over 30 years of healthcare and IT leadership to GenapSys, with expertise in shareholder engagement, and legal and compliance governance.

Previously, Ms. Cecil was Senior Vice President, governance relations, at McKesson Corporation where she supported the board on a variety of governance issues, and as General Counsel for McKesson Technology Solutions.

Prior to joining McKesson, Ms. Cecil was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for NCR Corporation's retail division. She also held senior positions at AT&T Corp. and has large law firm experience. Currently, Ms. Cecil is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Change Healthcare Inc.

Ms. Cecil received her J.D. with honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
