Macleen Nabong

Mac is the Learning Designer Manager who leads a team of instructional designers and developers for the company’s eLearning services. He has been working at Genashtim for almost a decade, having held various positions as a remote IT technician and IT Specialist, prior to being promoted as a Moodle Specialist in the Learning Management Systems in 2014.

Mac was born with an orthopaedic impairment and has no left arm from the elbow below. Despite his handicap, Mac was able to complete his bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Adamson University in Manila. After graduation, Mac had a hard time getting a stable job and this has led him to take Computer Programming courses, which proved to be the best decision he has ever made. With his background in computer programming, he landed a job at Genashtim.
