Mark Culhane

Mark Culhane is a strategic technology executive and independent Board Member, currently serving as the Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Genasys and as a Board Advisor to Regology. Previously, Mark held similar positions at CallidusCloud and UserZoom, guiding both companies to significant acquisitions. With a strong background as a CFO in high-growth cloud and SaaS companies, Mark has taken two companies public and is recognized as a "financial expert" under SEC and exchange rules. Mark also founded Culhane Advisory in 2016 and has extensive experience from roles at companies like DemandTec and Lithium Technologies. Mark earned a BS in Business and Accounting from The University of South Dakota.
