Dbia Rob Warnaca

Rob Warnaca has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Rob currently serves as the President of GenCap Construction Corp, a position they have held since January 2018. Prior to this, Rob worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington, starting in March 2016. Rob'sextensive experience also includes roles at Mortenson, where they served as the Director of Preconstruction from June 2013 to January 2018, Construction Executive from November 2007 to June 2013, Chief Estimator from January 2005 to November 2007, and PE/PM/Estimator from June 1993 to December 2004.

Rob Warnaca, DBIA obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Additionally, they hold a DBIA Professional certification from the Design-Build Institute of America.
