Daniel Hendess has a diverse work experience in mechanical engineering and drafting roles. Daniel started their career as a Drafter at PDS Solutions in 2000, where they gained extensive experience in AutoCAD and worked on structural steel diagrams for power generation companies. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Post Processing Specialist/Modeler, Intern at Mydea Technologies Corp, where they utilized SolidWorks for 3D modeling and operated 3D printers. Daniel then worked as a Drafter at FINFROCK from 2006 to 2007, creating drawings for pre-cast concrete manufacturing and coordinating activities among different departments.
In 2007, Hendess joined Industrial Smoke & Mirrors as a Mechanical Engineer, where they excelled as a Project Engineer, creating solid models and drawings for flight simulators and their mechanical components. From 2014 to 2023, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Daniels Manufacturing Corporation, where they served as a research and development engineer and project engineer for wire harness tooling and completed various design and manufacturing-related tasks.
Currently, Hendess is working as a Mechanical Engineer at Gencor Industries, Inc., where their specific role and responsibilities are unknown.
Daniel Hendess attended Saint Petersburg College from 2000 to 2003, where they earned an Associate in Arts degree in General Education. Daniel then went on to study at the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology. During their time at UCF, they specialized in Mechanical and Design Systems concentrations.
