Tom Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Tom currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Gencor Industries, Inc. since October 2022. Tom Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, specializing in Fluids, Dynamic Machinery, Computational Modeling, and Cloud Physics from 1983 to 1985. Tom then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Finance and Program Management from the same university, completing it in 1987.
