Mariko Hill is a highly experienced professional in product development and global innovation management, currently serving as the Global Innovation Manager at GENCOR since July 2017. Responsibilities include driving product development and sales strategy, managing the sports and active nutrition portfolio in EMEA and Japan, and overseeing a team in Hong Kong. Mariko has a background as a professional athlete, having captained the Senior Women’s National Cricket Team and co-founded Athena Nutrition to address nutritional gaps for female athletes. Additionally, Mariko has experience as a Brand Ambassador for Ultimate Ears Pro and has participated in high-level cricket competitions such as the Women’s Big Bash League. Educational qualifications include an Undergraduate Research Fellowship at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Hong Kong.
