Tim Stevens

Tim Stevens is a Senior eCommerce Support Specialist at GENE since May 2021, responsible for managing and coordinating support and maintenance of client Magento websites. Key duties include handling client support tickets via JIRA, overseeing code deployment, planning patching schedules, and leading daily stand-up meetings to support developers. Prior to GENE, Tim served as a Support Analyst at Goram & Vincent, and at Parmenion, and began career as a 1st line Information Technology Support Technician at Bristol Community Health CIC, later working as an IT & Clinical Systems Support Officer.
