Mike Woolsoncroft

Mike Woolsoncroft is the current CEO at Geneca. Mike has previously worked as a software developer at AIM Specialty Health and Aon Hewitt. At AIM Specialty Health, they developed a call-center and customer facing Web application used to create pre-authorizations for Oncology Treatments. Mike then transitioned to Technical Project Lead, where they led technical integration with external EHR system to lower the cost to create Oncology pre-auths. This included leading development and architecture surrounding new features, new client customization, and product maintenance for a product generating 30% of revenue for the company. Mike was able to reduce costs by transitioning team to full agile with two week rolling release trains. Mike has also worked directly with the customers, integration partners, and executive stakeholders.
