Genecon is an economics and place-making consultancy which provides solutions that no-one else can.

Our work to build cases, curate spaces and, ultimately, transform places across the UK has a real-life impact on the people who live, work and spend time in them. This is why a vision to regenerate and transform the future of places in ways that make a positive difference underpins everything we do.

Driven by the expertise of our multi-skilled team of trusted advisors, innovators and explorers, we bring creative solutions to even the most complex projects.

More importantly, we say what we mean; we work closely as a team and communicate honestly and responsively, bringing new thinking to every project – whether that’s supporting successful bids for government funding; undertaking economic analysis and evaluation; developing strategies; or playing
an important role in big projects such as Silverstone or Eden Project North.

This combination of intelligence, technical expertise and a genuine partnership approach to working with clients from both the public and private sectors, is why those clients continue to come back to us, time and again.
