Jeff Kang

Jeff Kang is the Chief Financial Officer at GenEdit, bringing 25 years of experience in R&D and finance with a strong focus on corporate finance, M&A, and strategic leadership. Previously, they served as CFO, Vice President, and Head of General Management at Cellatoz Therapeutics, where they oversaw financial systems, FP&A, corporate financing, and IPO preparation, while executing multiple start-up M&A transactions. Their extensive background includes senior finance roles at Market Kurly, BIOCND, and various equity analyst positions at several securities firms. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Seoul National University.
