Richard Moir

Richard Moir is the VP of Product and Technology in Molecular Biology at Dotmatics, where they are passionate about the intersection of biology and software in the discovery process. Since 2019, Richard has overseen the development of key bioinformatics applications, including Geneious and SnapGene, while also managing product direction and technology choices. Richard previously worked at Biomatters in various capacities, enhancing their skills as a Java Developer and leading product development efforts. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of Auckland.
