Cathy Gust, PhD, is a passionate leader in biopharmaceutical program management with extensive experience in both veterinary and human drug development. Currently serving as the Principal at GustPMConsulting LLC, Cathy translates strategic objectives into actionable plans and fosters collaboration in startup environments. Previously, Cathy held various leadership roles at Amgen, including Director of Global Operations and Global Program Management, where they contributed significantly to major clinical programs and operational initiatives. Currently, Cathy is also the Operations Leader at VetDC, Inc., focused on developing cancer treatments for animals and has started a new role as Vice President of Program Management at Genelux. Cathy earned a PhD in Reproductive Physiology from West Virginia University and a BS in Animal Science from Colorado State University.
