Aaron Wecksler, PhD, is a Technical Development Senior Principal Scientist at Genentech. They are a protein biochemist with expertise in the analytical characterization of therapeutic antibodies and preclinical small molecule anti-cancer therapeutics. Previously, Aaron served as a Technical Development Scientist at Genentech, contributing to the analytical characterization of antibodies in clinical development, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UC Davis focusing on novel targeted chemotherapeutics. Aaron also earned a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from UC Santa Cruz. Passionate about mentoring, they support multiple development programs for young scientists within Genentech.
