Alison Long

Alison Long has a solid background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering, highlighted by a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, achieved in 2017. Experience includes roles as an Amgen Scholar and Research Fellow at UCSF, an Associate Engineer and Engineer I at Genentech, and a Biomedical Engineering Intern at the National Institutes of Health. Alison also contributed as a Contributing Author for The Californian Abroad within the UC Education Abroad Program and served as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer at C. R. Downing and Abbott Vascular. As a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Socially Engaged Engineers, and through participation in various academic roles, Alison has demonstrated a commitment to both engineering and education.
