Andrew Polson

Andrew Polson is a Biomedical research scientist with over twelve years of experience and is currently a Senior Fellow at Genentech. They have established themselves as a thought leader in large-molecule biologics, particularly in antibody drug conjugate (ADC) design and development. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist at Genentech, where they led preclinical research programs and contributed significantly to clinical trials. They completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the University of Utah and were a Postdoctoral Fellow at UCSF, focusing on viral transcription factors and their biological functions.
