Arian Jamasb

Arian Jamasb is currently a Principal Machine Learning Scientist at Genentech since 2025, specializing in the intersection of AI, machine learning, and computational biology. They previously served as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist and held various roles at Genentech, contributing significantly to the field. Arian's past research experiences include a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Cambridge, where they worked on neural circuit reconstruction, and as an AI Resident at X, where they delved into deep learning research. They obtained a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Cambridge in 2023 following a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
