Austin Vogt

Austin Vogt is an accomplished professional in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology with extensive experience in research and analytical development. Austin began as a Graduate Student at Washington University School of Medicine from 2008 to 2011, followed by a PhD candidacy at Saint Louis University from 2011 to 2014. Following completion of the PhD, Austin held a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at Saint Louis University from May 2014 to October 2015 and continued as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania from December 2015 to October 2021. Austin then worked at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. as an Analytical Scientist and later as a Senior Analytical Scientist in AD Structural Characterization from November 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Austin serves as a Senior Scientist in Analytical Development at Genentech, starting from June 2025. Austin earned a BS in Biochemistry from Allegheny College, an AM in Molecular Biophysics from Washington University in St. Louis, and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
