Behzad Torabifar

Behzad Torabifar is an accomplished executive director and head of sustainability, dedicated to driving impactful initiatives for both patients and the planet. With over a decade of experience in sustainability and engineering management, they have held significant roles at organizations such as Genentech, where they currently serve as Senior Director and Global Sustainability Portfolio Lead. Behzad's academic background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tehran and another in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. They began their career as an Engineering Project Manager at Sazeh Consultants, further enhancing their expertise in sustainable operations.
