Beth A. Kerr is a Global Organization Development Consulting Partner at Genentech and a Certified Professional Coach, committed to accelerating high performance in individuals, teams, and organizations. With eleven years at Genentech, their experience encompasses organizational design, leadership team development, and culture shaping in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. Previously, Beth founded Glimmerglass Consulting Group and worked as an associate partner at Brimstone Consulting Group, among other roles. They hold a Master of Arts in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
