Bill Ames

Bill Ames has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Cross Portfolio Patient Services and Portland Site at Genentech since September 2015, with roles including Executive Director - Healthcare Markets and Patient Experience Lead. Before joining Genentech, Bill Ames worked at Biogen from April 1998 to September 2015, taking on positions such as Senior Sales Director and Marketing Director. Prior experience includes roles at Zeneca and Syntex Labs, starting as a Sales Representative and advancing to District Sales Manager. Bill Ames holds a degree from the University of Washington, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
