Bin Ma serves as a Senior Principal Scientist at Genentech since April 2022, specializing in DMPK and high-resolution mass spectrometry to investigate the biotransformation of innovative drug modalities. Previously, Bin held the role of Principal Scientist focused on DMPK for new drug modalities. Bin's experience also includes a position as a Research Scientist at Gilead Sciences from January 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities encompassed DMPK representation, antiviral research, and bioanalysis leadership. Academic background includes a PhD in Pharmacology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master's in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica. Prior roles include Staff Scientist and Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Minnesota and an Application Engineer at Varian, Inc.
