Previously, Blair served as an Associate Director of Operational Excellence at GSK and held roles at AstraZeneca as a Lead Investigator and Operational Excellence Business Partner, focusing on root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Blair's background also includes engineering physics and experience as a Jet Engine Mechanic in the Air Force.
