Brett Babin is a principal scientist at Genentech, specializing in mass spectrometry, chemoproteomics, in vitro pharmacology, and covalent drug discovery. They earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. Brett's research experience includes roles as a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University School of Medicine, research assistant positions at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Case Western Reserve University, and a Whitaker Summer Fellowship at the University of Copenhagen. They also served as a caretaker for the Old Mill Foundation from 2013 to 2016.
